  • With the decommission of AdminVPN, this provides information for users to request similar access on MUVPN

Resolution 

  • There are different classifications of elevated access
  • Each has a unique process for adding individuals
  1. Access to Native Banner and Banner adjacent applications
    • Contact a Banner security representative. A list of representatives can be found here
  2. IT Services administrators or IT contractors
    • Contact your manager to be added to appropriate group
  3. Access to CSGold and other FBS managed systems
    • Contact FBS IT to be added to appropriate group
  4. Access to Student Counseling Services Titanium
    • Contact Dr. Saul Rivera to be added to appropriate group
  5. Access to Titanium
    • For Oxford campus, contact Todd Henson or CAS IT to be added to appropriate group
    • For Regional campuses, contact Aaron Renner or Regional IT to be added to appropriate group
  6. Access for vendor to Axiom
    • Contact Pam Neese to be added to appropriate group
  7. Blackboard Support Access
    • Contact IT Process and Planning to be added to appropriate group
  8. Access for contractor or vendor 
    • Contact IT Help to open a ticket with Network Services
    • Provide what system or application access is required
  9. Faculty or Staff with other elevated access needs
    • Contact IT Help to open a ticket with Network Services
    • Provide what system or application access is required
