Problem

• I need assistance in checking a student's Miami-sponsored registration status in Qualtrics

Resolution

1. Contact IT Help by phone at 513-529-7900 or by live chat at MiamiOH.edu/ITChat to make your request
2. Provide the following information:
   • Your name and UniqueID
   • Student name of interest
   • Proof of eligibility to make the request: Instructor of record for class
