  • Stop by MiTech on the lower level of the Miami University Brick & Ivy Campus Store in Shriver Center, Oxford campus
  • Or contact MiTech by phone at 513 529-2600 — listen for the correct prompt

• Miami is unable to recommend third party vendors for hardware repair; if you are unable to obtain repairs at MiTech, we recommend that you contact your computer manufacturer
• MiTech does not provide walk-in repair services for University-owned hardware
  • Follow these KB instructions to request repair of University-owned hardware
